I recently stayed at this hotel and unfortunately had a disappointing experience overall.
The biggest issue was the condition of the bed. I had to request a full change of sheets after what seemed like insect bites on my leg—this happened twice during my stay, which was quite concerning. Additionally, housekeeping did not seem thorough; the room often did not feel properly cleaned, and towels were consistently missing. I had to request fresh towels multiple times.
I also encountered unexpected and excessive charges. While sitting by the pool with a bottle of champagne I brought, I was informed there would be a corkage fee that was higher than what I paid for the bottle itself, which felt unreasonable. At dinner, I ordered a drink with a premium liquor and was told I would be charged double simply for that choice, which was surprising and not clearly communicated beforehand.
Finally, there was a lack of communication regarding amenities. I was never informed about a complimentary airport transfer. Instead, I received a call at 3:00 a.m. from a driver asking if I was leaving for the airport, which was confusing and disruptive.
Overall, the experience did not meet expectations, particularly in terms of cleanliness, transparency, and service. I hope the hotel can address these issues for future guests.

Beautiful hotel, very clean and comfortable. All the staff were wonderful! The grounds and the pool were lovely. And an amazing breakfast selection.

..you are paying for the facilities and not the quality of the rooms. I felt that the rooms were just average. Especially in terms of size (very small) and ammenities. However, everything was functional and clean. The facilities were amazing and the breakfast was 8 out of 10.
