    Quiet, green surroundings. Very relaxing atmosphere. Yet within two minutes you can be at restaurants and shops, in the bustle of it all. Provenza area is 5 minutes away by foot. Staff were super accommodating.

    Highly rated hotels typically have management staff that respond to hotel guests concerns, but this is not the case at this hotel. Additionally, you expect to be greeted when entering a hotel this seems to be an optional approach at this hotel. Although the location is great, the hotel is older and the room was in disrepair from the sink counter cracking and detaching from its base to the shower handle falling off. Any visitation of family or friends is greeted with a demand for an additional night stay as payment before guest entry.
