Vi kunne ikke rigtig styre airconen og frøs en del om natten. Vi forsøgte at kontakte udlejeren i forhold til manglende Wifi, men fik ingen respons.

Location and size of the apartment. Everything was good except for the finishing touches. It would have been rated higher overall if they didn't control everything offsite and with a dysfunctional app.

No wifi the entire time, the a/c couldn't be adjusted or turned off (it was freezing and it was being controlled remotely by bluetooth or something), pillows were exceptionally bad, no shower curtain, and the app they insisted on using (Passpass) to give the door codes is terrible - STRONG suggestion is to request the door codes separately and BEFORE arrival. They said I would get the info by text before arrival, but I didn't, and they were slow to reply when I couldn't get in. My neighbor the next day couldnt even use the door code she was given, and the back-up key didn't work either b/c the sensor they have attached to the lock was slightly dislocated - it took over two hours to open her door by sheer force and no one was responding.
