The location, balcony facing the city. 2 min walk to crown. Great size apartment. Communication was great and they were quick to reply. Parking included was such a bonus.

Close proximity to AO and great coffee spots
Getting in and out of parking, with stop lights half way up and not knowing what to do.
Great facilities - eg coffee machine, but no pods to use it.

Easy to find, host was very easy to deal with, great location and the apartment was very clean and smelt great. The carpark next to the lift was super handy too.
Returning the key on early Sunday morning was a bit tricky but easily resolved after talking to the host.

Return key was difficult as it was Sunday and the allocated return was closed
