    We stayed at Scandic No 53 and overall it was a decent stay with a few areas for improvement. The hotel is located in the city center, about an 8-minute walk from Stockholm Central Station, which is very convenient. There are plenty of restaurants and grocery stores nearby, making it easy to find food and daily necessities. In terms of pricing, it is considered reasonable for its central location. We arrived early and were informed that our room was already ready. However, we were required to pay an additional fee for early access; otherwise, check-in would only be available at 4pm. While this policy is understandable, it felt slightly unfair considering that on our last day, we checked out very early at 5am. There was no adjustment or flexibility offered despite the early departure. Another issue was the kettle in the room. The bottom interior appeared to have brown residue stuck to it, which made it uncomfortable for us to use. As a result, we were unable to boil hot water. This is a basic room facility and should be properly maintained. Other than these issues, the rest of the stay was acceptable. The room was comfortable, and the location remains the hotel’s strongest advantage.
