Our son’s mobile phone was left at the breakfast table on 2 August around 8:30 AM. We informed the hotel promptly, and they specifically asked for the time so they could check the CCTV.
After several follow-ups and unanswered emails, they eventually said the CCTV footage was no longer available. It is very difficult to understand how CCTV footage was unavailable within just a few days.
We asked when the footage was actually checked and how long CCTV recordings are retained, but received no explanation or further response.
Very poor communication, lack of transparency and unacceptable handling of the situation. Based on our experience, I would strongly recommend considering another hotel.

A great hotel located just a 5-minute drive from Bergamo Airport. It offers a convenient shuttle service for €5 per person, which is much more affordable than taking a taxi, which costs around €20.
The room was spacious, spotless, and very comfortable. We had dinner in the hotel’s cozy garden, and although the menu wasn’t extensive, the food was delicious and reasonably priced.
