Good base near to rail and tram.
Shops and restaurants nearby.
Clean, quiet and safe.
Staff are very friendly and helpful.
Make sure you check if booking with Agoda as they claimed city tax was included, but we're misleading.
This caused a problem checking in, but the staff were very thorough and we were able to sort this problem out in a good way.

The room is decent for a 3 star tier but the hotel itself is not super ideal if you’re a female solo traveller.
The hotel isn’t located in the main intersection or a main street and that area only got bare minimum street lights in the dark, so it could be a bit scary coming back at night.
The receptionist is only here from 8am-8pm, not sure if you could get adequate help if someone were to tailgate you. I also had an incident with my door card not working for my room at 8:30pm. Thank goodness the receptionist stayed late that night since he was expecting a guest, otherwise I would be locked out for the entire night all by myself. He helped me to fix my door card and gave me an actual door key just in case.
They do provide toiletries but don’t have conditioner available.
Good thing is they allow an early check in if the room is available, I was able to check in 3 hours earlier than the scheduled time!
