it was really dusty on the floors, obviously no one vacuumed nor mopped the floors in a long time. One bedroom didn't have a door at all while the other had a half door from some other room, funny-sad feelings

We had a great stay at Prater Residence Apartment Budapest and would definitely recommend it. The location is excellent – close to everything making it easy to explore the city. The apartments were clean, and comfortable. What really stood out was the incredibly friendly and helpful staff. Communication was always quick and easy, and they were very responsive to any questions or requests. They also helped us organize parking without any issues, which made our stay even more convenient. A special mention goes to the lovely dog who seems to be everyone's favorite mascot – such a friendly and welcoming addition that always brought a smile to our faces! Overall, the combination of great location, cleanliness, excellent communication, and outstanding hospitality made our stay very enjoyable. We highly recommend Prater Residence Apartment Budapest for both smaller and larger groups visiting Budapest.

We rented several apartments here and everything was absolutely great! The staff were nice and helpful, and the location is super convenient since it's close to the city center and near a metro station. There are also supermarkets and restaurants in the area and the kitchen is well equipped, so you can prepare your own meals which is cost saving. We also had a small freezer in the fridge (not in all apartments). The absolute highlight for us was the adorable resident dog that greets guests - Toby. It was so cute to see the dog's pictures featured throughout all the apartment manuals and paintings! :D Unfortunately, we didn't have the time to play with him in the garden :(

The only minor downside is the lack of a lock on the bathroom door, which can be a bit inconvenient when you're sharing the space with several people, but overall we had a wonderful stay and highly recommend it, especially when you're travelling in a larger group!

Big apartment.

There was no heating. We turned the radiators to 5 and still nothing. Apartment not clean enough and the bathroom door had a hole in it. Location is not that central - you need to take the metro 5 stops to reach the city center. No cable TV. No coffee machine. Twin beds not very comfortable. Entrance to the parking is a bit difficult if you have a big car.
