Yeni bina , temiz ve yeni eşyalar , özellikle banyoda perde değil kabin olması bizim için önemli detaylardan biri (bölgede her evde bulunmuyor) , konum merkeze yürüyerek 5 dakika sessiz ve araç için park sorunu olmayan bir bölge. Mutfak eşyaları kısa tatil ve sadece kahvaltı için yeterli uzun konaklamalarda yemek yapmak isteyenler için ihtiyaçlar oluşabilir. Büyük bir balkonu var kahvaltı kahve vb için keyifli. Klima yeni otel sistemi balkon kapısı ile entegre çalışıyor , girişimiz öncesinde açılmış daire soğutularak hazırlanmıştı. Google Tv , yerel kanallar , Wifi sorunsuz çalışıyor.
Yastıklar böyle bir ev için daha iyi ve konforlu olabilirdi.

Konum çok iyi,merkezde, her yere yürüyerek gidilebiliyor. Tertemiz yeni iyi dekore edilmiş bir daire, kocaman da bir balkonu var. Eminim ki yazın çok keyifli olur.
Oda ısısı daha iyi dengelenebilir di, tuvalet kağıdı yoktu.
