Öncelikle ev sahibinin yakınlığı, ilgi alakası, taleplerimize hemen geri dönüşü, evin konumu, araç otoparkının oluşu, tüm evin temizliği, eşyaların yeni gibi oluşu, bir evde ihtiyaç duyabileceğiniz her şeyin oluşu...
Bir gece otoparkta binadan başka birisinin arabamızın arkasına park etmesi bizi biraz sıkıntıya soksa da ev sahibine ulaşmamız ve çözüm buluşu çok kısa zaman aldı. Bu aracını park eden sorumsuz insandan kaynaklı bir durumdu. Bir de balkonda kullanılan seyyar masa çok da kullanışlı gelmedi bana.
