Tesis genel olarak temiz. Konumu iyi. Mutfak malzemeleri yeterli.

Öncelikle konum harikaydı. Sahile ve merkeze yakınlığa ek olarak hemen önünde park var, yanında mini bir büfe/bar var. Şansımıza bir sokak konserine denk geldik ve çook keyifliydi. Evin içi hem çok güzel hem çok temiz hem de her şey düşünülmüştü konfor için. Balkonu sabah güneşi almıyor bu yüzden sabah keyfi yapmak için idealdi. Kesinlikle çok beğendik ve bir dahaki seyahatlerimizde de kullanmak istediğimize eminiz. Ayrıca ev sahipleri çok kibar ve çok ilgililer.

Deniz fenerine ve restoranlara yürüyüş mesafesinde yaklaşık 12-15 dakika civarı. Temiz,kullanışlı bir ev. ihtiyacı karşılayan hertürlü araç gereç ve mutfak malzemesi var.. Park manzarası ve yeşillik
Parkın çevresinde çöp konteynerleri var. Gece yarısından sonra çöp toplamaya geliyorlar ve gürültü oluyor. Ayrıca kalış sürecimizde çok havlayan bir komşu köpeği vardı. En önemli Dedeağaç sorunu ise arabaya park yeri bulmak
