There was no breakfast. It was difficult to get in touch with the person to give us the keys. My son helped because communication was somewhat difficult.
There was no heat initially because we hadn't known the heat was turned off. The person who gave us the keys did not explain anything about the apartment or how to control the heating. My son was with us and he was able to find it. We are in our 80's and for us to communicate using some kind of technology is difficult. From now on we will stay in hotels which as someone we can speak to directly.
