King bed - Free parking - Renovated June 2025

The furniture was modern.

There weren’t enough plates and cutlery in the kitchen. There is also no large pot for cooking pasta. The king bed was very soft. The bed in the other room smelled of cigarette smoke.

Clean, cozy apartment for 4 people, nice shower, very comfortable beds and sofa. Free parking is a huge benefit.

It’s in the ground floor/basement, so do not expect any view and it has very little natural light. Also there were only two coffee cups for 4 people.

Have low expectations and this is an adequate rental.

We chose this property because of "free offstreet parking". We arrived, after 20 hours of travel from home, exhausted and late in the day, only to find a car in the parking spot. No close-by parking was available, streets were too narrow to double park, and and luggage had to be walked to the apartment from a couple hundred meters away, in the rain. We did contact the manager who promised to call back once parking was resolved but never heard back. We did knock on doors of the longer-term renters in the building (this is a short term basement rental in a building with "student-type rentals" in upper floors.} who promised to move the parked car "later tonight". Also, be aware that the washing machine is shared by all other rentals in the building (in a dirty dusty room). We attemted x2 to wash, but the machine was always in use by others. Propery itself was good. We knew it was in a basement, small, which was not an isssue, espeically for the price. Beds were not very comfortable, but ok. Overall experience was colored by lack of respect regarding NO parking on arrival, lack of transparency on what "washer available" actually meant, as well as the "no smoking" apartment did smell a bit of smoke ( about a dozen cigarette butts on the ground immedieatly outside the door).
