WELCOME to popular Damsgård!
The apartment, which is located on the high first floor, was newly renovated in 2020 and has qualities such as fast wifi, heating in all floors and soundproof windows.
You will also have:

Perfect for those who want to live close to the center but without the noise!
15 min walk to the center or 7 min with the bus right outside the door. Parking in the street.
The Space:
From the first step into the apartment, you get to experience the underfloor heating that is in every room. The perfect place to find peace and warmth!
From the hallway and further into the open kitchen/living room solution with matt black surfaces, spiers and original brick on the chimney. The flipp dining table is handmade from three layers of bamboo.
☞ Bedroom 1 is respectively 9 square meters, 180 cm bed and plenty of cupboard space.
☞ Bedroom 2 is 8 square meters, 150 cm bed and with sliding door cupboard.
☞ The sofa bed in the living room is 160cm when unfolded.
The windows in the bedrooms are soundproofed, so you will hear minimal noise when you sleep!
The bathroom is state-of-the-art with:
- Combined washing machine and tumble dryer
- Rain shower
- Hair dryer
There is also an escape route in the bathroom in case of fire.
All guests are required to complete our guest portal prior to check-in, which includes, but is not limited to: agreeing to our house rules, providing a valid identity card for verification, and authorizing a NOK 2500 security deposit as a temporary hold.

2 minute walk to the grocery stores Kiwi and Rema1000. The bus stop that takes you to the city center in 5 minutes just outside the door.

Damsgård restaurant is 3 minutes away, and stands for a unique experience when it comes to long-term tenderized meat and quality food.
Sumo sushi is also 3 minutes' walk from the apartment. Sumo is one of the largest sushi chains in Bergen and has a lot to offer on the menu.

Great place slightly removed from the noisy city center (~30-minute walk through interesting neighborhoods—we like to walk!—or 14 minutes by easy public transport) with a local neighborhood feel, a pretty river close by, and convenient services (grocery stores, an excellent bakery). Bergen can have a chill in the mornings and evenings, being close to so much water, so we were extremely happy to feel the ambient heat under our feet. Two nice bedrooms, a good kitchen, an excellent bathroom- efficient modern appliances and lock system.
Particularly worth noting were the efforts of our host, Jonas. He was incredibly responsive--quick to answer any questions we had and enthusiastic to help. He made some great suggestions about restaurants in town which were really helpful.
