there's well functioned fridge, water dispenser and microwave and also simple kitchen stuff provided. location is good, no traffic jam. Near ioi city mall and alamanda mall. Security system is good.
Master room is the only room that has aircond. The other two rooms have no aircond, quite hot if the doors are closed. Only the toilet in master room has water heater.

Parking yg mudah disediakan. Suasana ruang rumah yg Sgt selesa, Kelengkapan asas perubatan pun disediakan, Untuk yg ada anak kecik, mainan kanak2 Pon ada tersedia... kelengkapan keperluan seisi rumah disediakan, mesin basuh pon lengkap, Master bedroom Dan ruang tamu berhawa dingin, sejuk ditengah kotaraya, Televisyen lengkap dgn Netflix, mmg terbaik, siap air coway n microwave... Lapar? Jgn risau kedai runcit Dan restoran mamak ada d bawah rumah, sgt convenient. Mmg servis level kayangan, tp harga mampu milik... Alhamdulillah...
