Cozy Hyve Soho Suites

Very comfortable stay with a great host. Everything was well organized, instructions were clear, and communication was friendly. The apartment had a nice view, and the swimming pool was clean and well maintained. Would happily stay here again.

Friendly staff and a very smooth check-in and check-out process. The unit is spacious, clean, and well equipped with good amenities and branded electrical appliances. The bed was comfortable, and the sun-block curtains and lighting made the room very pleasant. The television was also equipped with Netflix and YouTube, which was a nice bonus. Security is good with guards on duty and card access for the lift. The location is very convenient, within walking distance to the place where I attended my course.

Only minor issues. The towels were clean but had a slight smell. Cleanliness in the shower area could be improved as there was some soap scum and moss. The washing machine was quite loud and shook during the spin cycle. It would also be helpful if the host could provide kitchen towels and laundry detergent. There was a bit of dust on the cabinet next to the sofa, and the house had a slight pest-control smell when we first checked in.

I’ve been staying with Cozy Hyve Soho Suites for over years, and overall, the facilities are good. The cleanliness is well-maintained, the comfort level is decent, and the location is convenient. The value for money is fair, and the process of collecting the keys is simple and smooth.

Unfortunately, my recent experience was disappointing. After my stay, I followed their policy for a deposit refund (within 7 days), but they ignored my request. I had to contact Booking.com’s customer service to step in, and only then did I receive the refund after 11 days. It was frustrating having to go back and forth with customer service just to get updates. After more than years as a loyal customer, this experience made me decide to stop booking with them for now. Hopefully, the management improves their communication and refund process in the future.
