The premise was clean and well lit.
There are four rooms in the house. Two rooms have attached washrooms, and there is one general washroom. However, only the main room’s attached washroom has a water heater. The other two washrooms do not have water heaters, which we were not aware until our arrival.
Additionally, the toilet seat in the last room’s washroom needs to be replaced. Only three rooms are equipped with air conditioning; one room does not have air conditioning, which we were not aware until our arrival.
Furthermore, the occupants upstairs appear to have children who frequently jump and run at night, causing noise disturbances that wake us up. The water pressure is also inconsistent. While using the shower, the pressure is sometimes high but suddenly drops, resulting in very slow water flow.
Lastly, the ironing board surface needs to be replaced as it appears to have stains, and all the cups also need to be replaced.
