The unit is very spacious. There were like eight of us and the unit is more than comfortable for us. The unit is very clean at least for us. The amenities, including kitchen ware and toiletries are also prepared

Lovely, spacious and well-maintained unit. Responsive host and accommodated our needs on the booking dates. The children enjoyed the pool and the playground facilities.
Please replace the iron, it caused an electric trip to the whole unit when used. Parking was incredibly inconvenient and confusing, although I understand this is not within the homestay owner's control. I do not recommend bringing many cars or guests in due to the restrictive policy imposed by the condominium management.

Location
Bad signage to guide the visitor to the B1 block lift lobby from parking area. Surprisingly, the access card can operate B2 block lift instead of B1 block (access to the homestay). Housekeeping part can be improved.
