Very clean and modern . Good location mostly very quiet .
Kingsize bed needs a good quality mattress . Current one is soft and springs can be felt . Was woken by gardeners at the property at 8.15 one morning using power tools . Suggest they come later when guests are likely to be up and out . Radiator in bathroom needs a clean . Plumbing is noisy in bathroom and could be heard through thin walls .
