The villa was lovely, very close to the supermarket and the beach and restaurants and bars. Puerto Marina is a 10-12 minute taxi ride away. Inside it is very modern. Air conditioning in living room and bedroom on top floor and ceiling fans in two other bedrooms. The barbecue area has an extra fridge and there is a bathroom with a shower next to the pool which is a great help.
My one piece of extra feedback would be to provide parasols or do something else to provide more shade in the pool area as there isn't much shade there mid afternoon.
