Really nice stay - spacious and clean apartment with good facilities.

Apartment was spacious, well kept and clean. Everything you need was supplied in the apartment ie. Washing machine, kitchen supplies. Benal Beach is a nice spot and the pools were really good for kids.

The 3 kings

Location was very good. We had a late checkout for an extra €30. Communication with host was good. Check-in was easy and quick.

The pull out couch/bed was in very poor condition. It was stained, very uncomfortable, and there were no sheets, blankets, or pillows for it. The bedroom was tiny with just a double bed, not two singles. The view from the balcony while lovely was obscured by a big railing. If we were in a higher apartment, we would have had a beautiful view. Overall, the apartment was very small but sufficient. The apartment had a washing machine, but when we used it, we couldn't get the door open and had to wait for someone to come and open it so we could get our clothes out. This meant we had to bring home wet clothes, but the host did her best to get it sorted for us.

Se puede mejorar

Está muy cerca a la playa, tiene piscina aunque no la usamos porque era invierno, el edificio y las zonas comunes muy bien cuidadas.

Los colchones y las almohadas son de muy mala calidad y están deteriorados no se podía dormir bien. Le hace falta una pequeña reforma en general.

No tenía horno, los utensilios muy escasos. Y lavadora de pago.

Un apartamento pequeño pero con todas las comodidades, con piscinas y toboganes muy chulos.

La ubicación inmejorable, cerca de la playa, al lado del parque de la Paloma. Las piscinas y toboganes muy chulos, cuenta con cafetería y supermercado (más caro como es normal). Camas cómodas, baño grande y terraza con muy buenas vistas.

Esta cerca de supermercados pero como es un pueblo con cuestas es mejor ir en coche. Añadiría un pequeño colchón hinchable para niños pequeños. Se podría añadir alguna plancha para cocinar y máquina de café. Marcaba aparcamiento pero es raro encontrarlo dentro del complejo, tienes que aparcar fuera aunque no hay problema en acercar el coche a recepción para cargar y descargar maletas.

Tout! La quiétude de l’endroit, le décor, la propreté, la piscine, les nombreuses plantes et fontaines, la barrière de sécurité à l’entrée du site, l’emplacement géographique … C’est certain que je reviendrai dans cet endroit!

Mon séchoir à linge avait une patte cassée et je n’ai pas réussi à rejoindre quelqu’un pour en obtenir un nouveau! Le débit de l’eau chaude sous la douche était parfois très faible

Enorme complejo con muchos servicios.

El apartamento como tal estaba fenomenal. Limpio y bien equipado. Se encontraba en la primera planta y contaba con TV pequeña (no Smart), sofá cama peculiar porque son 2 camas de 80, pequeña cocina con micro con grill, nevera pequeña con congelador, tostador, cafetera italiana, exprimidor y kettle. También cuenta con lavadora/secadora. Menaje justito. A/A. Wifi fenomenal. Respecto a las instalaciones el típico macro complejo para no salir con hasta pequeño supermercado, caro pero que salva del algún pequeño olvido o urgencia. Piscina con toboganes (servicio de pago de hamacas), gimnasio de PAGO, aparcamiento gratuito minúsculo para la cantidad de aptos que tiene. Y con salida muy cerca de la playa.

Estuvimos en Semana Santa y fue llevadero porque no había mucha gente pero no me lo quiero imaginar en temporada alta, especialmente respecto al aparcamiento que a pesar de tener el parque de la Paloma enfrente con multitud de aparcamiento, el sábado tuve que aparcar a 5 minutos andando del apto. Con la piscina como estaba fría, igual, pero en verano tiene que ser un auténtico hervidero. Respecto al apto el único gran pero es que los que duermen en el salón se enteran, absolutamente, de todo lo que pasa en el pasillo del edificio. Cada vez que alguien cierra la.puerta de su apartamento pega portazo. Por no hablar de adultos y niños que gritan por el mismo. Hay mucho eco y se escucha todo desde las 8 de la mañana. No había plancha pero tampoco se la reclamé a la gestora que en todo momento fue muy amable. Como mejora el menaje, cosa habitual en aptos turísticos. Típica olla que hay que dejar 2 días en remojo para quitar los macarrones pegados y sartén que se pega a la mínima.
