An absolutely breathtaking location. Loved the seclusion, the interiors and the amenities.
1. When we arrived at check-in time the cabin was still being cleaned
2. There was a team sent out to fix a water issue which we were not informed about- they arrived while it was dark and we were eating dinner. There was no hot water for the duration of the stay. The team did reply immediately and attempt to fix the issue which I will give them credit for however even after this the water remained low pressure and lukewarm. Not great in the middle of winter and not able to use bathtub
3. The outside Sherpa cover definitely needed to be cleaned
4. For the price you pay to visit here, you expect attention to detail and comfort. Unfortunately we left slightly disappointed
