新宿へのアクセスが良く、駅近だし、多くの商業施設が近くにあり、小さな子供連れには、最適な場所です。
また、お家も綺麗で使いやすかったです。
プロジェクターはあったのですが、テレビだと有り難かった。
あと、もう少しキッチン用品（お皿やコップ、カラトリーは十分あります）があってくれたら、料理がしやすかった。

駅から近い場所にあって出かけやすかった。また、施設は綺麗で使いやすかった。
とても素敵なお部屋でした。
お風呂が、掃除が行き渡ってなかった。ドアが重く小さな子は足の指を挟まないように気をつけた方が…テレビがなくて少し残念でした。
