El apartamento bien, grande, 2 habitaciones bien separadas con amplias camas. +/- bien aislado del frío por lo que no le costaba calentar con unos minutos puesta la calefacción. Ubicación aceptable, sitio tranquilo con varios locales cerca para cualquier necesidad. La estación de metro a 10 minutos está bien conectada con otras vías por lo que tienes fácil moverte por Tokio. Wi-Fi potente y rápido.
La suciedad de varias partes; se nota que no pasan un trapo para el polvo desde semanas por zonas evidentes. Imponer una forma de check-in por correo electrónico te resta toda sensación de seguridad en tiempos de suplantación de identidades y estafas. Y una vez más, cocina con lo mínimo sin ninguna facilidad; no aceite, ni sal, etc. Esperan que compre una botella de 1 litro para 3 días?

I stayed at this property for about a week with my friends. The apartment is very cozy and has all the necessary amenities, including kitchenware, towels, a washing machine, air conditioning, and a very comfortable shower. Clear instructions and manual, well served by public transportation.
The entrance to the house always stays a bit cold and doesn't heat up. There is no wardrobe in one of the bedrooms, there is not enough laundry detergent.

Location was great. Sasazuka Street is well serviced with shops and places to eat and drink. Sasazuka Station is a 10 minute walk. Beds were very comfortable. Apartment was clean and fairly well equiped. Air conditioning worked well to heat the rooms.
The couch needs to be replaced or simply removed. Living space is very small and not suitable for 8 people. There were no knives to butter bread etc and there were no tea-towels or dish cloths to dry utensils. There is no where to hang up clothes in the bedrooms or coats in the entrance. €260.00 per night is a bit pricey for the standard of the accommodation.
