The apartment is a little Oasis, perfectly situated for exploring the bustling food market which is a 10 minute walk away and leads on to the beautiful old town of Ortigia. Go in the other direction and you are about 10-15 mins walk to the main bus stops and train station. The apartment is clean and welcoming and the host is quick to answer any questions. The jacuzzi is a welcome addition after a day of exploring. Some other guest reviews report a strong small of chlorine - I’m glad I ignored those as we didn’t find this to be the case at all. There is air con that cools the entire apartment which makes for a good nights sleep. Also the loft is on the first floor and not right at the top so just 1 short flight of stairs to get the cases up. Despite being so centrally placed the building is quiet and the double door entrance to the apartment itself, makes it really secure. There are also many cafes, bars and restaurants right outside so you are spoilt for choice. We had a great time and would come back again.
On first impressions the building itself is odd with an inside out feel. You can look up to the sky from the middle of the building and it seems quite dilapidated. Don’t be put off by this. All of the buildings here are very old and unique. The apartment itself is not dilapidated at all and has been carefully restored with some lovely features.

Nous nous sommes vraiment plu dans cet appartement, l’hôte nous a offert une bouteille et des gâteaux pour l’anniversaire de ma femme
Et nous permis de déposer nos valises après avoir quitter l’appartement

Struttura bella, accogliente e pulita. L'host molto disponibile e gentile.
L' appartamento si trova in zona molto centrale, il che permette di lasciare la macchina parcheggiata e girare la città totalmente a piedi.

Die Lage ist top!
Durch den Whirlpool im Zimmer (wir haben ihn nicht gebraucht) war es extrem feucht im Zimmer! Joggingklamotten waren nach 2 Tagen nicht trocken!
