Mieszkanie wygodnie, bardzo dobrze wyposażone, bardzo czysto i przestronnie. W mieszkaniu ciepło ( kwiecień) i słonecznie. Łazienka przestronna, ale warto byłoby zmienić mikroskopijną umywalkę, bo jest miejsce na większą. W pobliżu sklep i łatwy dostęp do centrum miasta.
Brak internetu, warto byłoby dodać dla pracujących zdalnie. Mieszkanie znajduje się w odnowionym budynku. Niestety obok niego znajduje się parę opuszczonych domów i garaże, a także porozrzucane śmieci. Może komuś to nie przeszkadza, nam jednak psuło wrażenia. Drzwi wejściowe były podczas naszego pobytu cały czas otwarte, mimo że jest na nich zainstalowany domofon i kod dostaje się od właściciela. Warto byłoby zadbać o to, aby drzwi, przynajmniej wieczorem były zamykane.
