Lokalizacja jest w porządku. Ok. 30 minut do centrum komunikacją miejską (dwa autobusy kursują ściśle do centrum). Właściciel bardzo uprzejmy - zadzwonił przed wyjazdem i dopytał o szczegóły przyjazdu i czy potrzebujemy czegokolwiek. Niedaleko znajduje się przystanek oraz Biedronka. Jest dużo miejsca do parkowania (włącznie dla pojazdów LPG, które nie mogą wyjeżdżać na teren podziemnego parkingu). Apartament jest przyjemny i bardzo ładnie urządzony. Taras jest przestronny ( duży plus za zamontowanie światełek :) Jeśli wrócimy do Wrocławia to chętnie tam się znów zatrzymamy.
Jedyny minus, który jest niezależny od właściciela to nieprzyjemny ochroniarz, który wręczył nam klucze. Na szczęście właściciel został poinformowany o zdarzeniu i obiecał wyjaśnić sprawę. Klucze mogłysmy oddać bez kontaktu z owym mężczyzną.

Woda z wanny nie spływała ruszające się Kran ogólnie dużo do zrobienia w łazience. Poprawić Komfort Łazienki.
