I liked the size of the appartment, proximity to the train station. Terrace was big and good.

1.the personal communicated with me exclusively in Polish language via booking platform. I asked them many times to switch to English they ignored. They work in tourism!! It took me a time copy text in polish and translate to English. 2. The washing machine did not work properly l, it blocked my cloth...I had to request technician to get my unwashed cloth out there..good news he arrived very quickly. 3. The appartment was not clean enough! White spots on Grey bad, white spots on decorative blue pillows . The zone with a trash bin and trash bin was very dirty and smelled badly. They just replaced the garbage bag, keeping the trash bin dirty and smelly. There also was a smell of the humidity and mold!! 4. The mattress and pilows extremely soft, The mattress is worn out and very soft. It was not comfortable while the bad is important aspect of the stay.

Близость к вокзалу, пешая доступность основных достопримечательностей. Огромный балкон со столиком и креслами- отличное место для вечерних посиделок за чаем

Ремонт в апартаментах делался давно. На стене огромная трещина, прикрытая гобеленом; занавески в пятнах неизвестного происхождения; полотенца и постельное белье когда-то были белыми, сейчас же имеют жёлтый оттенок; посуда помыта некачественно, я достаю из ящика вилку, а она испачкана; матрас продавлен. Мы бронировали жилье на 5 дней и не получили никаких инструкций о том, куда выбрасывать мусор, пришлось складировать пакеты и бутылки на балконе. Очень "удобно"! А самое гадкое, что я за 5 суток так и не добилась правильного пароля от WI-FI! Я писала- ноль ответа, дважды звонила- никакой реакции на обращение. Это 21 век? Серьезно? Интернет- это базовая потребность сегодняшнего времени!
