Apartament bardzo czysty, pachnący. Bardzo dobry kontakt z właścicielem. Apartament dobrze wyposażony. Świetne miejsce na wypad rowerami. Super drogi rowerowe również dla najmniejszych.
Duży taras możnaby lepiej zagospodarować, wyczyścić lepiej podłogę, ale apartament ma taras i balkon i z balkonu świetnie się korzystało.

Jak juz znalazlam brame do budynku, wszystko poszlo dosc sprawnie. Troche zamieszania ze szlabanem i pilotem ale ogolnie do ogarniecia.
Bez pilota do szlabanu trudno zaparkowac a w okolicy niewiele miejsc parkingowych. W nocy troche trudno odnalezc brame do budynku. Reszta z gorki...

Loalizacja obiektu calkiem fajna choć dosc daleko od centrum jeżeli chce się podróżować komunikacją miejską. Mieszkanie dość obszerne i wygodne i co najważniejsze- ciepłe! Łóżka w obu pokojach wygodne.
Zimą słychać odglosy jakby piec z kotlowni lub wyciąg powietrza. Jeżeli ktoś potrzebuje w nocy kompletnej ciszy może to przeszkadzac.
