Dobrá poloha, jednoducho dostupná MHD do centra mesta. Verejné parkovanie vo vnútrobloku vždy poskytovalo nejaké voľné parkovacie miesto. V blízkosti Biedronka aj Žabka. Tichí susedia.
Nevykurovaný byt. Radiátor je buď príliš starý alebo zavzdušnený. Jediné teplé miesto v byte je kúpeľňa. V byte sa nenachádza žiaden ohrievač ani deka. Už sa tu na to predomnou sťažoval jeden pán a majiteľka evidentne ignoruje komfort a pohodlie jej návštevníkov. Nestojí to za tie peniaze mrznúť naobliekaný v byte. V zimných mesiacoch určite neodporúčam, pokiaľ nie ste otužilci. A to nie sme žiadni nároční hostia.
Žiadna káva ani čaj. Žiadna varecha v kuchyni. Pri príchode bol byt pripravený o hodinu neskôr, ako bolo uvedené na bookingu. Žiadne informácie k odchodu.

La atención de Kamilo fue siempre receptiva y cordial. La ubicación es ideal, bien comunicado; las indicaciones claras y precisas, realmente acogedor. ¡tiene lavadora pequeña! Y puedes adquirir lo necesario caminando solo unos pasos en un supermercado muy conocido en Wroclaw.
Todo genial, solo que cuando el equipaje es pesado, se dificultan las escaleras. Fuera de eso, un lugar cómodo y acogedor

The apartment is suitable for two persons, perfectly located, near to the city center, (kb. 25 min. on foot), quiet even at night. It is on the fourth floor, no elevator. Overall clean with a well-equipped kitchen (kettle, refigerator, dish-washer and kitchen equipment, filter coffee machine). Very good supermarket nearby.
Shower-drain was full with hair, the water didn't flow down. Cleaning in the kitchen is also requires more attention. And one more important point at wintertime: heating doesn't work properly. There is only one radiator and it was almost cold during our stay. Because of it the apartment was cold, there isn't any other way to heat the flat.
