Czysto, schludnie, wyposażona kuchnia. Bezpieczne miejsce. Bliskość do komunikacji miejskiej, sklepu spożywczego, restauracji i innych atrakcji Wrocławia.
Nie do końca wiem czy parking przy budynku był płatny, a parkometr jest dość daleko - na początku ul. Reja

Dobre mieszkanie na przeczekanie remontu. Małe, ale bardzo praktyczne.
Brak zmywarki jest dojmujący za taką cenę.

Pięknie urządzony, nowoczesny apartament. Czysto, przyjemnie. Wszystko co potrzebne (indukcja, mikrofala, naczynia, lodówka, tv, pralka)zarówno na krótki i dłuższy pobyt. Możliwość pobytu z pupilem (za dodatkową opłatą) również działa na plus.

Dobra lokalizacja i przestronne mieszkanie
Utrudniony kontakt z personelem. Kod do wejścia miał być podany o 16, dostaliśmy go dopiero przed 17 i czekaliśmy na mrozie. Apartament ogólnie czysty po za podłoga. Była ta brudna że po 10 minutach chodzenia skarpety/stopy brązowe od brudu. Zlew w łazience nie udrożniony. Naczynia w szafkach wymagały umycia przed użyciem.
