she was waiting for us at the appartment and very kind!! good location, spacious, 4 bed rooms. salon was enough big also.
somebody before us smoked in the room, smelled the cigarette in the bin !!! This is not a complain to the appartment but complain to somebody before us who did not respect the rule.

なんと言っても、ホストのIsabelaさんがチェックインの時間変更に柔軟に対応いただけて、大変助かりました。施設内は清潔で、部屋数も多く、大人数の宿泊にぴったりの宿でした。また、洗濯機と乾燥機もあるため、コインランドリーを探したり、行く手間が省けた点もとても良かったです。立地としては、中心地から少し離れていますが、近くにスーパーマーケットもあり、Uberも呼びやすいので、全く困らなかったです。Bilbaoに行く時にはまた利用したい最高の宿でした！
Booking.com内で紹介されている写真が、実際よりも煩雑に見えました(笑)。実際は写真より数倍クリーンで、クオリティのの高い宿なので、写真を見て不安になっている方がいたら、どうぞ安心してください。ホストの方も大変親切で責任感ある対応をしていただけました。本当に素晴らしい宿、そしてホストです！
