Space and the facilities of the House. There was a little problem finding the location of the house, but the owner help us a lot.
Parking was not close at the house.

Location was great
There was a but smell specially in the kitchen area. The A/C in one of the bedrooms wasnt working. Informed the owner who promised to send someone over to check it the next day, however nobody came. Strange noises coming from the kitchen extractor fan
