About this house rental
Live the experience of a welcoming space with all the comforts to spend your holidays near the sea. Enjoy the beach and nature, relax on the terrace or in the beautiful garden and get to know the beauties of the Mediterranean landscape!
The property is located in a quiet neighborhood, with a private garden and terrace just 400 meters from the sea.
It consists of two floors, connected by an internal staircase. On the ground floor is the living room with a fireplace, the kitchen and a WC. You can relax on the comfortable sofa, or prepare a Mediterranean meal in the spacious and fully equipped kitchen. On the ground floor you will also find a desk that allows you to work on your computer comfortably.
The first floor has three spacious bedrooms with a large wardrobe in each one separately and a large bathroom.
The terrace offers open views and the garden has space for grilling or a relaxed afternoon cocktail!
Distance to the nearest beach is 5 minutes by foot!
At a distance of 200 meters you will find a super market, a pharmacy, a restaurant, a mini market, and an open air cinema as well!
In the wider area there are activities such as scuba diving, windsurfing, horse riding lessons and wineries.
We will be more than happpy to help you organize your tours around the area!

The accomodation was clean, inviting and super comfortable. Aircon in all rooms, fully functional kitchen, with plenty of storage and equiped with anything that is needed for an enjoyable stay.
The host was very helpful, hospitable and friendly.
The location, great. Near the beach and amenities.
Overall very happy and would consider visiting again.
