Room was spacious and comfortable for two people. The view of the sea was amazing especially from the balcony. There was a beach across the street which was a two minute walk, there was a nicer beach with sunbeds and umbrella just a one minute drive down the road. Leonidas and the girl at the reception desk were excellent hosts.

Loved this place! So close to the ocean, clean and convenient. Check in with reception was easy and Leo was very helpful with recommendations and ensuring I had everything for my stay. I’ll definitely be back!

3 olive trees is incredible! Far enough outside of Athens that you don’t feel the hustle and bustle of the city, but close enough to be there quickly when you want to be part of the action.
The property inself was beautiful, new clean and very enjoyable. We wish we would’ve had more than three nights here. It’s a perfect place to unwind and watch life go by
The beach across the street is small but perfect. There is a tunnel under the road so you don’t have to play Frogger on your way to the sun. Also, it’s probably a four minute walk to the water. Could not be happier with our stay at three olive trees, this property is a 10 out of 10.
