ένα προβληματάκι με το αργό έως ανύπαρκτο κάποιες στιγμές wi fi... είμαι σίγουρη ότι θα διορθωθεί, υπάρχει η διάθεση για "5άστερη" εξυπηρέτηση από την ιδιοκτήτρια

Sea rooms has the perfect location in porto rafti just above the most beautiful sandy beach. You will have a free access to that beach and the view is awesome from the rooms. Rooms are clean and comfortable

The only negative point is that in case you have loud people next to your room you would hear everything Walls are thin between rooms And there are no elevators as well

Property is in a perfect location right next to a beautiful beach. Great place to land from the airport before exploring Greece, fantastic local food across the road and up the street, utterly charming.

the room was clean and very close to Avlaki beach . Easy check in and check out.

The photos are kind of misleading. The bathroom is renovated to look modern but the truth is that the toilet area is connected to the shower area (which is where the sink is, as well) and all these are "communicating" with the bedroom area because one of the walls is low (i guess for decoration reasons). This means that you can definitely "hear" what is going in the bathroom if someone is using it/ or even look inside. There were no toiletries, only a soap bar which is not okay for such a price. All in all, the rooms are built at the terrace of an abandoned restaurant. A/C was ancient and soundproofing was medium.
