There’s nothing we didn’t like

Everything was new and clean, amazing view, wide terrace.

Missing closet in 1 room, and no detergent soap to wash clothes.

The facilities

Everything about the house was ok! However, the communication with the host was disappointing. The check-out time on Booking.com was listed as 11:30 a.m., but the host asked us to leave by 11:00 a.m., explaining that the information on Booking.com was incorrect. I asked if we could check out at 11:30 as originally stated, and she agreed. Unfortunately, she did not inform the cleaning staff about this change. They arrived at 11:05 a.m. while we were still inside packing, even though we had agreed on a later check-out. It was an awkward and uncomfortable situation that could have easily been avoided with better communication. Also, the check in was 13:00 but I received the info 12:50, after I had sent a reminder for receiving the info! You need to be more professional and show more respect to your guests!
