Manque une climatisation car les vagues de chaleur seront de plus en plus fréquentes et longues…

Gite au milieu des vignes, à l'écart de la ville. Bien équipé dans l'ensemble, et au calme en cette période. Très bien pour point de départ de visites dans la région.
Gite un peu rustique, équipement vieillot, en particulier plaque à gaz (1 grand bruleur sur 3 non fonctionnel). TV sans ports USB / HDMI... mais qui fonctionne pour la TV !
