The cottage was in an outstanding position, well equipped and comfortable.
I asked for an early check-in a few days before our stay and were only informed after the requested time had past that we were able to enter early, by no fault of the owners, because they were unaware.

The property was warm and cosy in the main parts of the house. It was in a great location.
We had some problems with the front door as the latch stopped working and had to call someone to let us out! The bathroom was downstairs and as far away from the bedrooms as you could get so not ideal if you have to get up in the night.

Location was amazing! End of high street, very quiet, but still only 2 min walk to market square. Cottage was clean, linens provided good quality. Double bed very comfortable. Bathroom & kitchen pristine. Shower/bath very good. Good sized rooms, lovely views.
It's an older cottage, so bedroom stairs a little narrow & winding. New bathroom was a little walk from bedrooms at night! Struggled with TV, slow finding channels. Would've loved updated Netfix/Prime channels that are easily accessible.

Nicely positioned cottage. Close to the top of town and a short walk to any of the local sights.
Very expensive for a very basic, bare bones cottage. Massive furniture in tiny rooms made it feel more cramped. Garden furniture was rotten and collapsed when we used it, causing injuries.
