Location.
Key safe was unlocked and wide open when we arrived. We could not get one of the showers to run hot water.
Sofa in the lounge not comfortable.

It was very clean, very comfortable beds and great location opposite beach.
Very important to address: The bathroom door handle in one of the bedrooms broke while my friend was in the bathroom trapping her inside. After much anxious effort from both of us on opposite sides of the door she managed to unjam the door knob and free herself. It was a very anxiety provoking situation that needs addressing immediately.
Also, the television did not work. We were not able to change channels using the remote control which was frustrating.
Nice to have …. A separate recycling bin.
