Location was a little remote for someone who doesn't enjoy a long walk.

Broken key opener on front door. Instructions on how to get into house were very vague, and I had to call the 24 hour number to figure out what was going on - she wasn't any help, but in the process of talking to her, I figured it out myself. But using the key latch on the front door was a real struggle because it's broken.
