Staff were nice.

There was blood on our bed, it was very gross, we left. Staff were very kind, but the property was not okay.

The laundry service was fast and delivered right on time. The restaurant’s cooking was acceptable and tasted fine. The only presentable area in the entire hotel is the pool, which is what misled me into booking this place.

My stay at LOI Mansion Managed by ARM One Hundred was unfortunately a horrible experience from start to finish. There was a rat in my room. It came out at night, forcing me to keep all the lights on just to keep it away. When I reported this to the hotel staff at 2 AM, they asked me to take a photo of the rat. It moved too quickly for me to capture anything, and the situation was extremely stressful. The hotel only accepts cash. There are no card facilities at all, which is very inconvenient for travellers. The only restaurant is located outside and has no air‑conditioning. It was uncomfortable to dine there, especially in the heat. The room’s wall structure is poorly designed. I could constantly hear construction noise and other guests throughout the day and night, making it very difficult to rest. The surrounding environment is filthy and unpleasant. It does not feel clean or well-maintained. The balcony sliding door does not fully close on either side. As a result, bugs and mosquitoes easily entered the room at night. Overall, this was one of the most uncomfortable hotel stays I’ve ever experienced. I hope management takes these issues seriously and improves the conditions for future guests.

I stayed in the Studio the first night (209) and the Pavillion the next 2 nights (311). The room comes with a very well-stocked kitchenette. The bed is large and extremely comfortable. There is plenty of closet space, which was very convenient for a longer stay. The room includes a safe. A water cooler with bottled water is provided. There is a large refrigerator. The design is very modern, clean, and minimalist. The pool table, fitness center, and swimming pool were lovely and well maintained. The staff were genuinely kind, helpful, and welcoming. The air-conditioning works extremely well. The bedding is high quality and very comfortable. All appliances appear new and modern. The reception & wait-staff were very friendly, polite, and helpful. Overall it's a well designed hotel and room that feels comfortable and very clean. I think the greatest aspect were the kitchenettes. Well stocked and very clean.

When I arrived, the surrounding roads were being repaired, so I could not drive directly to the hotel entrance. It is easy to find but challenging at night. Arriving at night was difficult because the area was poorly lit and the entrance path way is a little difficult for carriers. It could be that it is still being constructed. Upon arrival, the elevator was under repair and remained non-functional for 2 days. The hotel appeared to still be under renovation or construction, particularly in the back lobby area. This caused significant noise during the day and into the evening, with frequent drilling, banging, and builder converataions that was quite disruptive. To their credit, the hotel upgraded my room to move me away from the noise. The upgraded room was bigger, more expensive, beautiful and spacious, but the most important improvement was the quieter environment. However, since I was working from my room during the day, the initial noise was very challenging. There was also neighboring construction happening outside and around the property. The most disappointing aspect of my stay was the management process. My flight was cancelled one day before check-in, and I attempted to push my reservation back by one day. Unfortunately, this was handled in a confusing and rigid way. Ultimately, the refused my requests and at one point mistakenly charged me extra. The property is managed by a large management group and the hotel appears to be quite new, which meant multiple channels and little flexibility. It was very challenging to navigate the multiple whatsapp channels. I was ultimately unable to change my reservation and lost two nights, which was disappointing. I believe this would have been much easier to resolve at a smaller boutique hotel. While the facilities are excellent, I think the hotel will feel much more comfortable once everything is fully operational.

Centrally located near to main road and restaurant. Very comfortable bed. Big room with fully equipped kitchen. Well priced and super friendly staff. Not one of them lack of smile and ready to help. Just FYI. It’s near the mosque. So early morning like 4.30ish and afternoon you can hear the prayer sound very loud for about half an hour or so.

This hotel is strategically located, close to Seminyak Beach, Kuta Beach and several famous places in Bali.

Maybe when there is a football match, we can arrange a group viewing event in the lobby or front area.

Facilities were amazing. Staff were the highlight. The room was fantastic. Location wasn’t too far from restaurants and malls.

They were still setting up so wasn’t fully running but once good to go it’ll be amazing.
