Costa Relax - Modern apartment near the beach in Playa San Juan

Amazing location, good sized appartement for 2 or even 3. Nice balcony and essentially everything was there for your stay, fully equipped kitchen, good communication with macronesian rent. I think it is ok for a short stay, but for longer than a week (8 days) we struggled with the facilities. As explained below

Unfortunatly this organisation tries to save money by buying the cheapest everything possible, from bed and bedding to the couch that was impossible to sit on, and not taking care of the most basic ammenities such as extra trashbags, some detergent, pepper & salt in the kitchen etc, making it suitable for a longer stay. When adressing this they just said it is policy and we should provide all these items ourselves. In our opinion it is a minimal low cost effort for international travelers to do this, that ensures customer happiness. Instead of the complimentary bottle of wine we'd rather have some basics as mentioned above. We are both easy sleepers and after 3-4 days started to get backpain from the bed. It is quite cold in march sometimes and we put all the bedding in the appartment on the big bed and were still cold at night. Also there was nothing to put the covers in, there were just sheets, so when sleeping with 2 this was also a hassle because they just didn't stay on the bed right.
