Casa Blanca Tenerife Agua Apartment is a lovely apartment, equipped with all that you need. It has a fully functional kitchen (with some grocery essentials!), a spacious living room, two comfortable bedrooms, two modern bathrooms and a nice balcony/dining space where you can enjoy the breeze of the ocean while having a bite. The decor is also pretty and fits a holiday apartment! Finally, the terrace: what a beautiful space! It has a bbq, many sofas and sunbeds and just a beautiful view on the city and the ocean. We deeply appreciated that the hosts left us beach towels in the apartment, and it's lovely they also lend beach gear. The location is great, you can reach the rocky swimming spot with just a 5 min walk, or you can walk a bit longer to the sandy beach. It is also a short drive from other amazing spots, and 30 minutes from Airport South Tenerife. We had a nice stay and would totally recommend it!

Cleanliness should be made the top priority: the sofa and armchairs had dirty spots and the flooring also needed a thorough mopping. A few more pillows would also be great!

The location was great, the washer and dryer were convenient and the upstairs terrace was lovely.

Communication with the host was slow post check-in. Washer and dryer instructions and location weren't clearly provided. Some basic amenities were missing, like a broom for cleaning, which the host did bring after a few days. The pillows were too small and not comfortable. Also a lot of the furniture was falling apart. The bathroom drawer was falling out (I reseated it in the rails). The bathroom faucet was loose and shaky (I tightened it). The kitchen filtered water spout was loose.
