Owner Will reached out and took accountability for 'readiness', and provided refund; The camp site was simply not ready at the time we booked and stayed. High staff ratings reflect Will's follow-up with my /other concerns. I understand it is now offline until it's ready.

Revised ratings onsite is neutral. No rating for renovated site. Previously, one main concern was Poorly graded camp site and access. I understand bring addressed

This place has huge potential. The trailer we stayed in was clean and new. The manager Aaron was very friendly and accommodating.
It's not quite finished yet and was confused when we arrived. However I think in a year or so this place will be popular.
