Apartment sieht sehr schick aus und macht einen guten Eindruck. Lage ist sehr gut, Fußläufig zur Altstadt und nah an einer Straßenbahn. Garage hat gut funktioniert und war sehr vorteilhaft für die Stadt.
Apartment sieht schick aus, aber viele Kleinigkeiten, die in einer normalen Wohnung bzw. Im Bad einfach funktionieren sollten fehlen ( Klopapierrollenhalter in Toilettennähe, Duschablage, Badezimmermülleimer, Aufhänger für Handtücher, etc.). Die Wohnung ist neu, macht aber schon einen sehr verbrauchten Eindruck (Wandfarbe, Lose Treppenstufe, Leuchten funktionieren nicht alle, etc.). Der Pförtner versteht kein Englisch und ist etwas unhöflich aufgetreten.

Bardzo dobry kontakt z gospodarzem, apartament dobrze wyposażony, w pomieszczeniu cisza i spokój (bez hałasujących sąsiadów itd.). Bardzo uprzejmy Pan na portierni który wskazał nam miejsce parkingowe. Bardzo blisko starówki, wszędzie można dojść pieszo.
Delikatne ślady zużycia mebli, dość mała łazienka, brak uchywtu na papier toaletowy.

Prullenbakje en toiletrolhouder misten in het toilet/badkamer. Om boven naar de slaapkamer te gaan moest je de salontafel aan de kant schuiven om normaal de trap op te kunnen.
