    My kids were very happy staying here. There were so many slides for them to enjoy. The food was delicious, and the interior was beautiful. Everything was very clean. We had a wonderful stay and would definitely recommend this place to families with children.

    1. The hotel is small , need to cross a street to get the beach 2. Pools are small and have broken and chipped tiles. 3. Breakfast buffet is the best. 4. Price is high compared to the other 5 stars hotel. 6. Paid for a sea view room but got a partial sea view with building on the left and can smell food from kitchen and loud compressors. Won’t be back for second time.

    We stayed over a long holiday weekend and came away with mixed feelings. The property itself is attractive, but a few practical issues stood out for a hotel at this price point and brand. First, a fair warning for fellow travelers: there’s no direct or private beach. You cross a small public road to reach the sand, and traffic on it is steady, so it’s worth knowing before you book. The pools also sit right beside that road, which takes the edge off the resort feel compared to hotels with a genuine private beach. The Marriott in Hua Hin, for example, feels much better in this respect. Second, the floor-to-ceiling height in the rooms is quite low, which makes the space feel a little cramped. More frustrating were the capacity shortfalls. The number of pools feels too small for the room count, and the elevators were a recurring bottleneck. Waits were long at peak times, made worse by staff using the guest lifts to move luggage, which suggests there aren’t enough service elevators. I understand it was a busy period, but for this price and a Marriott-level brand, these are problems the resort simply shouldn’t have.
