    I had a very disappointing stay here. For a 5-star hotel, the standard of service and facilities fell completely short of expectations. Poor Lost & Found Handling: I accidentally left an expensive cool pack in the room’s refrigerator (I am 100% certain it was left behind). Shortly after checking out, I called the hotel to inform them, but was simply told that it was "not found." Whether it was thrown away by housekeeping or taken, this shows a severe lack of standards and accountability for a luxury hotel. No responsibility was taken whatsoever. Facilities Do Not Match Room Capacity: Swimming Pool: Way too small relative to the number of guests staying at the property. Breakfast Area: Extremely crowded. If you arrive a bit late, you have to wait in line for a table, which is unacceptable for a 5-star rating. Parking & Shuttles: Parking is quite far. While there are spots available, waiting for the buggy/golf cart takes way too long, forcing guests to walk long distances. Overall, management and facilities are poorly proportioned to the guest capacity and do not justify the 5-star rating.
