Very hard to get to your room , need to use 2 elevators and waiting a lot of time , there are to reception to check you , there are elevators for shopping mall if you use it you must stop in every level to reach the G level because people in mall use it also , you need to wait about 15 min to get a box of ice , the doors need a 5 to 10 second to respond to your card , at all you need a catalog to learn how to live there , it is like a maze, you can see the pool so near the lobby but you must walk a 10 minute in a circle to reach it , recommend for people they want to stay only in hotel not going out, it is not easy to get in again. They even ask you if you put do not disturb, why you don't want no one disturb you ???!!!!! Two people come to me a guard and a girl so i think something not good happens, they ask why you put don't disturb, what ?! You must follow them , you think they pay for you , at pool there are no Cochin you must ask for and they do it as a flattery not a job . It can't be a hilton hotel never ever

The best locale in Pattaya. Everything about it is great. A little pricier than many budget conscious arrangements. And you have to take a few steps to reach ‘the real pattaya’, but what a great comfortable setting.
