This place is absolutely fantastic if you are traveling with children! There are so many great activities and kid-friendly amenities that kept them entertained the entire time. However, if you are visiting without kids, I honestly don't think it is worth the price, as the main value really comes from the family-oriented features.

Our flights were significantly delayed (airline-caused), and we arrived at the hotel around 23:15 instead of the standard check-in window, with a 3-year-old after more than 30 hours of travel. On arrival at the airport, we spent 30-45 minutes trying to get the hotel's reservation team to move our one-night, non-refundable booking by a single day, so we wouldn't need to take a 2-hour taxi journey that late with a toddler. We were told this wasn't possible, and no alternative was offered. Not travelling to the hotel would have meant losing the value of the room entirely, so we went ahead. We submitted official flight delay documentation to Agoda the same day, which Agoda has since confirmed internally was not forwarded to the hotel for around 34 hours. When we raised this with the hotel directly, we were told the booking was already "completed" and that no refund, date change, or future credit could be offered under any circumstances - despite us only having use of the room from around 23:15 to the following midday, missing the daytime facilities (the water park and pool areas) that were the main reason we chose to stay here. The hotel itself looks well designed for families based on what we could see, but our actual experience of it was limited to a late-night arrival and an early checkout, with no flexibility offered despite a documented, verifiable airline delay. We resolved the financial side of this separately through Agoda, but wanted to share our experience for other travellers who may be considering this hotel, particularly if you have connecting flights or young children.
